This awesom collection of vehicles is in the town of Winton itself. They have on show a really impressive collection of the Australian trucking history, including some of the brand names that have since disappeared: Leader, Okka, RFW and so on. The museum is pretty much split up into two areas: Sheds housing beautifully restored trucks and machinery, and the outside storage area where future projects and wrecks are kept. This is a great place to spend a few hours if you have any interest in road-going transport in Australia. The highlight for me was seeing several Leaders in one place. I went to town on my visit here and took a lot of photos. Most of them are available as individual walkaround galleries elsewhere on the website. Enjoy!
