Hi Folks!Since my last newsletter I have been a bit busy, as you will see from the new releases below.Avalon Airshow has come and gone again and I have a few more walkarounds to add from there. Is it wrong that two of the highlights for me were a MAN 8x8 tactical cargo truck and and an aircraft tug? (The tug did look a bit like the APC from Aliens 2.) One of the exciting things on display was the new aircraft for the Australian Air Force Cadets. They are in the process of aquiring a fleet of eight Diamond DA40 NG aircraft that they will use to give Cadets a taste of flying. They asked me to produce a profile print to commemorate the launch, and the general release versions are now available in my shop (see below). I also have some galleries to add from a visit to the train museum down at Williamstown here in Melbourne. There is some great weathering info in those shots, so they will be a great reference for modellers. But that will be next time.

The Australian Air Force Cadets are taking delivery of a fleet of eight of these to introduce a new generation of cadets to flying. VH-UEX and VH-UEZ are the first two into operation.

You can buy this print in my online print shop here. Aero Commander Profile PrintsThe Aero Commander is one of those aircraft that have gone by many names. Know variously as Aero Commander, Shrike Commander, Twin Commander, Jetprop 1000 etc. And aparently built by various concerns including Aero, Gulfstream and Shrike. I know them as Aero Commanders and so that's what I am calling them. The title on the print will reflect what that particular airframe was known as.
